Western IPM Center joins ANR

As a demonstration of its commitment to integrated pest management, UC ANR will administer the Western IPM Center for the next four years, and the Center will be connected to UC IPM for business functions. UC IPM Director Kassim Al-Khatib serves on the leadership team.

The Center is part of a four-region USDA–National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) network funded to promote development and use of IPM. The Center aims to facilitate communication among pest management stakeholders and to provide these stakeholders with broad access to high-quality pest management information. For more information, see the Center’s Web site.
