Plant Description
Brussels sprouts are a hardy, slow-growing, long season vegetable in the mustard family that prefers a cool growing season. Transplants will mature 80 to 100 days after planting. The sprouts are miniature cabbage-like buds that are harvested from the 2- to 3-foot long stalk.
