On most mowers, you can adjust the height
by raising or lowering the wheels or by pushing and releasing a lever.
General guidelines
- Place the mower on a flat surface.
- Measure the distance from that surface to the blade on rotary mowers
or to the bedknife on reel mowers.
- Adjust to the desired height, but never adjust the mower height
while the engine is running.
