DESCRIPTION:   Brief description and location
DATE:   Date stamped on slide
REMARKS:   Manual # if in IPM manual slide set; "*IN ..." if published; "*LDxxxx" laserdisc code #
COPIES:   Number of slides with same code record
USER:   Name of photographer if someone other than Jack Clark (this field used to be for the name of the person creating the record. Older records will reflect this)
UPDATED:   Most recent date of changes in record (same as created if no changes)
CREATED:   Date slide record entered into database file
