Heath and heather are small evergreen shrubs
or groundcover with urn- or bell-shaped flowers.
Optimum conditions for growth
Heath and heather can grow in various climatic
zones depending on species. Plant in full sun to part shade.
Regular irrigation is very important. Heaths require excellent
drainage, and most prefer acid soils. Shear back after bloom
to maintain a compact habit.
