Pest identification
and confirmation—Eutypa dieback
Eutypa dieback can be confused with boron deficiency. Both disorders cause a delay in shoot emergence
and a chlorosis of leaves. You can confirm the presence of Eutypa dieback by the characteristic wedge-shaped,
darkened cankers that develop in the vascular tissue of wood. |
