Pests in Gardens and Landscapes

Leaf drop (Natural senescence)

Trees such as Albizia, Chinese Pistache and honey locust drop leaves as part of a normal process, but sometimes drop leaves sooner than on other species. Leaves turn yellow or reddish and drop prematurely.

Solutions

Provide trees with a good growing environment and appropriate cultural care to delay leaf drop.
