Figure

Seasonal development of the peach twig borer. The overwintering generation includes a portion of the second and third generation larvae, which went into hibernacula during the summer, and the fourth generation larvae. Timing of moth flights may vary from one year to the next. The moth symbols represent a general time period during which flights usually occur; actual flights generally do not last the entire length of time indicated by the symbols.
