Grants Programs: Extension IPM Demonstration

Format for INTERIM Progress Reports
Deadline: October 6, 2008

A very brief (approximately one page) interim progress report on your demonstration project funded in 2007- 08 is required by October 6, 2008. The report will help UC IPM to identify results that can be publicized through news articles, annual reports or other means. These reports also provide evidence of the importance of this demonstration grants program to ANR in anticipation of securing permanent funding for the program.

What to submit: Send one electronic version of the progress report (Word or PDF) to ipmgrants@ucdavis.edu.

Where to submit: Send or deliver printed copy to Director, Statewide IPM Program, University of California, One Shields Avenue, Davis, CA  95616-8621.

SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS (PRELIMINARY)

Summarize the accomplishments of your project to date. Where possible, relate accomplishments to practical applications for growers or pest managers. Do not restate the goals of your project or present a lengthy justification. Express yourself in lay terms and avoid technical jargon. Limit the summary to about 200 words.

REMINDER: A final report will be due December 1, 2008. A final report format asking for more details will be sent to you by November 1, 2008.
