Moving Beyond Pesticides

This online training course is for retail and garden center employees and others who advise consumers about the best tools and products for solving pest problems. It gives a basic introduction to the principles of Integrated Pest Management, including information about pest identification, changing conditions that favor pests, and combining various least-toxic methods for the best long-term management of pests.

The course is free and takes about 1 hour to complete. It is broken into six sections, and does not need to be completed in one sitting.

  • You will need to pass each quiz before moving on to the next section's quiz, however you can repeat quizzes until you pass.
