UC Statewide IPM Program
HIGHLIGHTS

IPM for Schools

UC IPM teamed up with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) to develop IPM for Schools Quick Tips cards.

UC IPM created the cards in English and Spanish, and DPR printed sets of laminated cards and distributed them to California public K-12 schools and to day care centers statewide. They will also be available at training sessions, in presentations and in exhibits.

The pests covered are ants, aphids, cockroaches, fleas, gophers, rats, spiders, termites, weeds in landscapes, weeds in lawns, and yellowjackets, as well as safe use and disposal of pesticides.
