PureEdge Viewer Installation Instructions for Mac Users
To view PureEdge Viewer documents on your Mac:
- Go to the grants.gov
software download page for the IBM
Workplace Forms (PureEdge) Viewer for Macintosh.
- At the bottom of this section, choose the third link, "Click
here to Download the Software."
- Save the software to your desktop.
Installation:
- Double Click the GZ icon on your Desktop (File name: WFViewer_Mac_2006SE_Release.tar).
- You will see a new icon on your Desktop (File name: Install IBM
Workplace Forms Viewer.dmg), this icon will open
the installation window for you.
- You will see a package in the installation window, double click it.
- Follow the directions to complete the installation.
- Restart your computer.
View your form:
- Download the CSREES
SAMPLE Application Package from the USDA
website.
- Hold down "Control" Key and
select the link "CSREES
Sample Application Package."
- Choose "Save linked file to the desktop" or "Save link
as."
- Start up "IBM Workplace Forms Viewer."
- On the menu bar, go to File > Open > sampleforms.xfd.txt.
