Pesticide Application Equipment and Calibration

This course was developed primarily for professional pesticide applicators working in turf and landscape, but can be helpful to anyone who applies pesticides. Learners will be able to describe why calibration is important and be able to list the materials and tools needed in order to calibrate equipment. They will see various examples of pesticide application equipment for liquid, granular, and soil drenching and soil injection applications. The course includes many examples of calculations needed to calibrate equipment.

The course is accredited by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (1.5 hours Other) and by the Structural Pest Control Board (1.5 hours Technical [Branches 2 or 3] for Field Representatives and Operators OR 1.5 hours Pesticide Application and Use for Applicators).

The fee for this course is $15. To purchase and enroll for CEUs, click here.
