Objectives Validate the walnut phenology model in the major walnut-producing areas throughout the state.

Expose walnut farm advisors to the model so they can gain confidence and become proficient in its use when it is ready for general distribution to growers.

Collect and analyze data which will be added to the data base. This will allow adjustments to be made in the model if necessary.

If applicable, a short program will be developed for use on county based computers.
